Viglacera Import Export joint stock company, a member of  Vietnam glass and ceramic for Construction Corporation, was established according to Decision number 271/BXD-TCLD dated May 17th 1998 with original name Trading and Export Import Co. After that, according to Decision No. 1679/QD-BXD dated Sep 5th 2005 of Ministry of Construction, it was equitized and named Viglacera Import Export Joint Stock Company.

According to License of business registration of Joint Stock Company No. 0103011079 issued by Ha Noi Plan and Investment Service, Viglacera import-export joint stock company deals in the following business fields :

Trade in materials (except insecticide and veterinary medicine), raw materials, machines and equipments, chemicals (except for chemicals banned by the government), additive for industrial manufacturing and construction.

Trade in building materials and home decoration materials.

Manufacture and install sanitarywares, home decorate.

Trade in restaurants, hotels, real estate, office for lease (not including karaoke, discotheque and bar)

Transport goods 

Supply inbound and outbound travel service

Dealer in petroleum, gas, cars.

Dealer in buying, selling and consigning goods.

Labour export 

Study abroad advisory.

Foreign language, information technology and vocational training.

Import-export mandatation, service of applying for passport and visa.

Acting as a go-between, trade promoter, sales agent, market researcher, interpreters or supplying interpretation services.

Air plane and train ticket agent, foreign exchange agent, insurance agent.

Act as commercial advertiser, events organizer. 

Manufacturing, processing, buying and selling fine arts and handicrafts.

Trade in electronics and home electricity appliances.
